Scoring Categories
Safe (0 - 30)
Action: ALLOW
Represents clean IP addresses, standard transaction values, and established email domain reputations.
Challenged (31 - 70)
Action: CHALLENGE (MFA/OTP)
Triggered by IP address geolocation mismatches, recent SIM swap alerts, or medium transaction velocity spikes.
Blocked (71 - 100)
Action: BLOCK
Triggered by high-risk hosting proxies, blacklisted phone numbers/emails, or severe velocity limit breaches.
