Reference list of error states returned specifically by the Identity API.
Common Error States

| REGISTRY_NOT_FOUND | Provided document number could not be found in national registry. | Verify that the document number, type, and customer names match exactly. |
| INVALID_IMAGE_PAYLOAD | Uploaded facial biometric image could not be decoded or has bad contrast. | Send clear, well-lit portrait photos encoded in standard Base64 format. |
| REGISTRY_TIMEOUT | The government database registry check timed out. | Retry the request or configure webhooks to process asynchronous completion. |
| INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS | Account does not have enough credits to perform KYC validation checks. | Top up your billing balance inside the Sendexa dashboard. |
